Sikh Man arrested in charge of helping terrorist group

Sikh arrestReno: A US based 39-year old Sikh Balvinder Singh has been arrested in Reno in the charge of conspiracy to murder, kidnap and main person in foreign country.

Balvinder Singh had also been charged for the count of conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists and false statement on immigration document.

Balvinder Singh has been accused for belonging with two terrorist organizations, i.e. Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and Khalistan Zandabad Force (KZF).

Singh was a citizen of India and fled to the United States where he claimed asylum. He eventually obtained a permanent resident card.

A report claimed that Balvinder is also accused of using a false identity and obtaining false documents in the United States so that he could travel to India without being apprehended by authorities there.

He has also been claimed for sending money from the United States to co-conspirators in India. He is scheduled to appear in Friday court and if Singh is convicted, he may sentence to lifetime prison.
