Vasundhara Raje rejected to shift in CM bungalowJaipur: Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje had decided to reject the security cover and not to move to the sprawling official residence of chief minister at 8 Civil Lines and will continue to stay at her present residence at 13 Civil Lines.

Vasundhara Raje has urged the state police chief that the number of her security personnel be cut to half.

T Guite, IG Security, said on Tuesday, “Z-plus security is provided to the chief minister. But now after the direction of the chief minister, we are working out new security arrangements and on the number of security personnel to be deployed.”

Mahendra Bharadwaj said, “The CM had given direction to police that traffic should not be stopped when her cavalcade moves. Her cavalcade stops at red signals because she does not want inconvenience for common man.”
