The House had resumed after it has been adjourned for half-an-hour after a break of a week after the YSRC members stormed the podium of Speaker.

Speaker Nadendla Manohar disallowed the two adjournment motions moved by TDP and YSRC on the state bifurcation issue and appealed to members to take part in the debate on the draft Bill.

The Speaker told agitating members, “I have repeatedly been telling that I will take views of all members into consideration. Anything is possible only after the discussion (on the draft Bill). This is what we decided in the Business Advisory Committee meeting.”
