Raipur: over 20 security personnel are feared killed after Maoists attacked a CRPF search party in Chhattisgarh, according to report. The Maoists attacked a joint team of CRPF and police personnel in Jhiram Ghati on Tuesday morning, the reports say.
The attack took place at around 10.30am in the morning and the encounter is still on. Additional security forces have been rushed to the spot. According to reports, the place is not far away from where the Congress leaders were attacked in the state.
