Chandigarh: In a bid to make his party a dominant force in Haryana Assembly polls, the BJP’s newly-appointed president Amit Shah will address a rally at Jind district on Saturday.
Shah, who will be addressing the rally in the afternoon today, is also expected to announce the induction of senior Congress leader Birender Singh into the BJP.

In a major setback to BJP’s main opposition Congress, few of its prominent leaders Chattar Pal, Harsh Kumar and ex-MLA Raj Kumar Balmiki joined the saffron party on Thursday. Amit Shah on August 9 was officially appointed as the BJP’s party President.
