Jaipur: Rajasthan Police had registered an FIR against former Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot, former Congress minister Chandrabhan and two other after the compliance with the order of local court last week. They had been alleged for irregularities in the land allotment to a Jaipur-based private hospital.
The matter has been sent to state CID-CB for further probe as the case concerns elected representatives.
On October 1 the order had been issued by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Number 2 on an ‘istgasa’ (complaint) filed by one Suresh Chand Sharma who alleged that Dr. Vimal Soni of Soni Hospital in connivance with the above mentioned people, had grabbed the land worth Rs 31 crore for just Rs 6.11 crore.
AN FIR had been lodged against former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, his cabinet colleague Chandrabhan, Dr Vimal Soni and IAS officer Nihal Chand Goyal in Gandhi Nagar police station after getting orders of court.
