Ranchi: The Election Commission of India had banned the exit poll reports’ publication and dissemination in Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir.
P K Jajoria, Chief Election Commissioner of Jharkhand said, “The publication and dissemination of exit polls of any kind in Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir have been banned.”
The first phase voting had been underway in Jharkhand and Jammu & Kashmir on Tuesday.
