Saifia: Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Tuesday attacked on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Centre. He said he can go to any extent to stop him in Uttar Pradesh and didn’t let convert state to ‘Modi Pradesh’.
While addressing a gathering in Saifai Mahotsav, Mulayam Singh Yadav said, “Whatever Modi claim, the fact remains that the country’s unity and harmony has suffered a serious setback under him.”
Drawing a parallel between BJP and the Congress’ tenures at the centre, Mulayam said both the government lacked concern towards people.
He said, “It was because of their misplaced priorities and wrong polices that the country has suffered so much.”
He also said that Modi and his supporters were busy fanning non-issues and creating communal rifts instead of dealing with real issues like price rise, unemployment and corruption.
He also said that Modi led NDA government has failed to fulfill any of the promise which PM Modi made to the people.
He had made tall promises of eradicating unemployment, reducing prices, wiping out corruption, restoring black money stashed away in foreign banks to India. He failed on all counts, ducked all the promises.
