#Special #Court postpone #judgment of #Satyam case on March 9#Hyderabad: Special Court on Tuesday #postponed the judgment in the criminal aspect of #Satyam #Computer #accounting #scandal to March 9. It had been supposed that the court may deliver the judgment by today.

The court was to give the verdict in three cases filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (#CBI) since April 2009.

#B #RamalingaRaju, Ex-chairman of company and nine other including his two brothers were present in the court hall when proceedings began in uneasy silence at 10:30 AM.

After consulting the prosecution and the defence, Judge BVL Chakravarthy had announced to defer the judgment as it required writing hundreds of pages.

He also said there would be no further postponements after March 9.

226 witnesses and voluminous documents had been produced by CBI to the court as part of prosecution. The court had marked 3,187 documents as objects of evidence.
