New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan put to rest the rumours that he may be involved in an advertisement campaign for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amitabh Bachchan tweeted:
Reports had suggested that the ad campaign was for promoting communal harmony in the country.
Big B has been the face of the polio campaign by the Ministry of Health called ‘Do Boond Zindagi Ke’. The actor has also campaigned for #Gujarat tourism when Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of the state.
The news by media that PM and PMO have asked me to be involved in a campaign film, is incorrect! Kindly rectify… Thank you!” he tweeted. Bachchan has been the brand ambassador of many campaigns including polio eradication, saving the tiger and Swachh India campaign.
