New Delhi: President of United States Barack Obama will join Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his monthly radio programme “Mann Ki Baat” which will broadcast on All India Radio on January 27.
It would be a special programme where the two would share their thoughts and respond to questions was announced by PM Modi himself by micro blogging site Twitter on Thursday morning.
Prime Minister had invited the public through a series of tweets to participate in the programme. He also said that questions can also be posted on the Government’s ‘MyGov’ interactive portal.
The Prime Minister took to his Twitter account on Thursday to confirm the development by tweeting, “I am eagerly looking forward to the special ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme with President @BarackObama, which will be aired on 27th January.”
In a series of tweets, PM Modi tweeted, “This month’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode will be a special one, where our Republic Day guest @BarackObama & I will share our thoughts together.”
The Prime Minister also invited the countrymen to send in their valuable suggestions and questions using #AskObamaModi hashtag.
