Daporijo: Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Nabam Tuki had inaugurated ambitious Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH) construction to carry on smoothly and cautioned not to put up new structures in the hope of claiming compensation from the authorities.
Notify that Chief Minister was on a whirlwind tour of Upper Subansiri district from Wednesday and addressed a mammoth gathering at Gepen after the inauguration of the newly created Gepen circle and laying of foundation stone for infrastructural development of the administrative center.
CM said, “Trans Arunachal Highway will not only benefit the people by connectivity, but will bring about substantial economic activities in the area.”
CM enthused hope that the people would be partners to development. He assured to provide 2 Crores from SPA in next financial year for the office building and other required infrastructure for the circle.
Meanwhile, CM Tuki also inaugurated the Siyum Steel Bridge under Siyum Circle and Keojaring steel bridge built by PWD earlier on Wednesday.
He was accompanied by Home Minister Tanga Byaling, MLA Dumporijo Paknga Bage, MLA Daporijo Dikto Yekar, MLA Raga Tamar Murtem, ZPC Sushil Nalo, Marina Nido, Chairman APSWB, DC K. Dulom, SP Taru Gusar, Heads of Offices and public of the area during the tour.
