#PM #Modi to address rally in #Ambedkar Nagar in #south #Delhi todayNew Delhi: Prime Minister Modi will today address a rally in Ambedkar Nagar in south Delhi. PM Modi, while addressing a huge rally in Rohini on Tuesday, said the AAP was till now talking about who was more corrupt – the Congress or the BJP.

Now we know the truth. Look at their shamelessness, PM Modi said. The party’s defence that they did not ask for donations is untenable.” Modi said the money was transferred to the AAP in the “dead of night”.

Our country can forgive mistakes, but not fraudsters,” the Prime Minister said. Those who roamed around claiming to have Swiss account numbers in their pockets have no idea whose money is lying in their own accounts,” Modi said.

Meanwhile, following intelligence inputs of terror threats during Delhi elections, a tight security blanket has been put in place for today’s rally. Over 5,000 personnel, including the officials of Special Protection Group (SPG), which looks after the Prime Minister’s Security, have been deployed at service to prevent any untoward incident during the rally.

SPG and Delhi Police have made elaborate arrangements at all the rally venues of PM Modi.

According to a Delhi Police official, three-layered check points have been set up for every visitor at the venue. Visitors will be first checked at least 50 metres away from the ground. The second and third check points will be at the entry point.

Apart from manual checking, the visitors will be checked through hand held metal detectors, door frame metal detectors and baggage scanner machines. The SPG officials will take over the charge on stage, an hour before, from where the Prime Minister will address supporters. A limited numbers of leaders will accompany Modi while he is delivering his speech.

The grounds are being kept under the watch of the CCTV cameras. Snipers including personnel of the elite National Security Guard have been deployed at the high-rise building near the grounds. Police have requested the leaders to advise their supporters not to park their vehicles near the rally venues. Delhi will go the polls on February 7 and the results will be announced on February 10.
