New Delhi: Delhi High Court had given a major setback to Aam Aadmi Party led Government of Delhi and today issued a notice to Centre which said that MK Meena should remain the chief of Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) and allowed to “function according to law”.
Notify that a petition had been filed by CM Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi Government on Saturday seeking restrain Meena from entering premises of the ACB. A response had been too sought by the court from Central Government by August 11.
MK Meena had been appointed by the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung and Delhi Government gone to HC to seek to issue directions to restrain him from entering his office and “interfering” with the functioning of the anti-graft body.
