#Uttarakhand Row  Supreme Court Grants Centre Time Till May 6 to Apprise Their Stand on Floor Test 

#Delhi / #Nainital : Supreme Court  grants time till May 6 to Centre to appraise it about the feasibility of holding floor test in U’khand Assembly.

AG Mukul Rohatgi told the SC that he has conveyed the suggestion and has not received any instructions so far from the govt.

Rohatgi further said, ” We have no objection if govt accepts SC suggestion”.
” Hearing will commence on May 6 even if AG doesn’t apprise us about the Centre’s stand on its suggestion. We may consider sending the matter to Constitution bench on May 6“, says the Supreme Court,
