New Delhi: The counting of votes for the 4th and final phase of elections to municipal councils in Nagpur and Gondia districts is underway. Here are all the LIVE updates on Maharashtra Municipal Council Elections Results:-

Wins: Bjp 4, Shiv Sena 0, congress 1, ncp 0, vidarbh maza 1, nagar vikas aghadi 1

Leads: bjp 3, inc 1

Partywise strength in fourth and final phase of elections to municipal councils in Nagpur and Gondia districts:-

(Leads/Wins) BJP 86, Shiv Sena 11, Congress 41, NCP 22, Independents 6, BSP 1, AIMIM 1, Shekap 4, Vidarbha maza 11, Shahar Vi Aghadi 5 (according to Keshav Upadhye, Maharashtra state spokesperson of BJP)

Out of 244 seats in the 11 nagar parishads of the two districts, BJP is leading/winning in 86, according to Keshav Upadhye, Maharashtra state spokesperson of BJP.  

Counting of votes began at 10 AM on Monday.

Gondia district has two nagar parishads.

Nagpur district has nine nagar parishads.

The polling for the 244 seats in the 11 nagar parishads of the two districts was held on Sunday.

An average 67.36 per cent voter turnout was registered on Sunday for the fourth and final phase of elections to municipal councils in Nagpur and Gondia districts , according to the state election commission (SEC).
