Punjab for the 117 Assembly constituency, as par the latest Survey and public opinion done by the Shining India Survey and Shining India News, the Rulling congress party is 1st position in terms of vote share and Aam Aadmi Party is making a good stride, if Punjab assembly election are to be held today the Shining India Survey and Shining India News suggests that Congress which got 38.5% of the vote share in 2017 Assembly elections Will be at 34.1% of vote share a direct loss of 4.4% votes, let’s us look at the other gainers and losers in vote share percentage projection!

In 2017 Punjab Assembly elections : While Congress managed to get 77 seats and Aam Aadmi Party 20 seats and Prakash Singh Badal led Shiromani Akali Dal get only 15 seats and his alliance patnar BJP were able to get just 3 seat in 2017 Punjab Assembly elections.
As of now the Shining India News and Shining India Survey suggests that Congress party projected seat range will be from 51-58, while Aam Aadmi Party will be able to from 42-50 seats, Akali Dal is pegged at the range of 16-20 and Kisan Union snag between 5-7 and other 1-3 seats.

The polling is still a 5 months away so permutations and combination can change drastically, and Even if a new alliance is formed, that situation may change,
This time the Kisan Union is going to have a huge impact in the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections. If the big leaders of the farmers union contest the elections, then the people will definitely send them to the assembly after winning the elections. The peasant movement in Punjab has a very wide impact. The voters of Punjab are feeling an emotional attachment to the farmers’ movement And the people of Punjab are very angry with the PM Narendra Modi led NDA government due to 3 agricultural laws.
Most of the people of Punjab believe that the Modi government has implemented 3 anti-farmer laws. These should be withdrawn with immediate effect and Narendra Modi ji should talk directly to the farmers who are agitating on the Delhi border. Such is the demand of the people of Punjab.
After Navjot Singh Sidhu became the President of Punjab Congress, the situation of Congress has improved a bit as compared to earlier. Punjab congress president Navjot Singh Good image remains. Because of this, Punjab Congress is sure to get the benefit of Sidhu’s image in the elections.
Till now Aam Aadmi Party does not have any very strong CM candidate in Punjab. Because of this, Aam Aadmi Party has a little problem. But! If Aam Aadmi Party announces a strong and honest CM candidate in Punjab, then it can definitely more benefit Aam Aadmi Party.
If Kisan Union does not contest elections in Punjab, then it can benefit Shiromani Akali Dal and Aam Aadmi Party?
The Shining India News and Shining India Survey teams has surveyed the entire Punjab state with sample size of voter’s 57082 voter’s of all age groups and all section of the society and this survey was done between 22nd June to 4th August 2021.
