Chennai : Shining India Survey and Shining India News Tamil Nadu Assembly Election Opinion Poll 2021:
All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam is all set to get the seat in Opposition as the Shining India
Survey had shown that CM of State Edapaddi K. Palaniswami is loosing its ground in state and Dravida
Munnetra Kazhagam is all set to gain power after 10 years in state.
According to research and analysis of Tamil Nadu, Shining India Survey predicts clear victory for DMK.
The assembly election of Tamil Nadu had already been announced by EC and is schedule for April 6,
2021.
According to the public opinion that had been gathered by Shining India Research and Analysis, the
ruling party AIADMK alliance is expected to win 84 +-11 seats of 234 seats with close to 34.3% (+-3%). In
2016 elections, AIADMK registered victory over 136 seats. That shows that ruling party is loosing its base
and 52 seats.
The DMK alliance is expected to win 137 +-15 seats, DMK alliance is predicted to secure 40.6% vote
share and rise as major party that will hold the assembly in its regime. Notable that DMK is gaining
power over 48 seats as in 2016 DMK register victory on 89 seats and now its alliance is gaining power or
137.
Other parties like MNM is winning over 7 seats, AMMK gaining 5 and other including independent are
leading on 3.
There are total 39 seats that will be witness of neck to neck fight.

DMK+: 40.3% +-3%
AIADMK+: 34.6% +-3%
MNM+: 6.2% +-2%
AMMK+: 5.1% +-2
OTH: 6.4% +-2%
ND: 7.4% [Not decided and silent voter's]

AIADMK+: 84 +-11
MNM+: 7 +-3

#Close fight over 46 seats: Public opinion also stated that there is very tough battle on 39 assembly
constituencies.
AIADMK alliance is ahead in 21 of the 46 seats of close battles. DMK Alliance is ahead in 16 seats and
MNM alliance in 4 seats and AMMK alliance is leading in 3 seats. and other 2 seats.
Shining India Research & Analysis along with Shining India News had conducted a wide range survey and
opinion Poll to know the mood of the voter's ahead of the decisive tamilnadu assembly election 2021 in
state.
#Tamilnadu It is happening for the first time in the last 40 years that two former Chief Minister Ms
Jayalalitha ji is not there and Shri Karunanidhi ji is also not there in the Tamil Nadu assembly elections.
According to public opinion The first choice of Tamil Nadu's public as Chief Minister is MK Stalin 39.6%.
Second choice is E PalanaSwami 34.1%, third choice is O Panner Selvam 10.2%, fourth choice is Kamal
Haasan 9.4%. and others 6.7.
The survey and opinion poll was conducted from 4 January 2021 to 13 March 2021 with the sample size
of 117438. voters of all age group, caste, gender and community.
