4 school children dead in road accident in MaharashtraMumbai: Four school children were killed and seven were left injured after a Maharashtra State.

The bus was travelling from Kati in Buldhana and was headed to Malkapur in the same district. The injured students are being treated at a local state run hospital, the police said.

The incident happened around 7 a.m. on National Highway No.6 in Malkapur area of the Buldhana district when a speeding tanker lost control and rammed into the state transport bus.

The driver of the tanker was nabbed and has been booked for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and under certain provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act. He will be produced in a local court by Friday afternoon.

Officials said to News Channel, The tanker driver lost control of his vehicle and rammed into the ST bus which was following its course.
