New Delhi, May 17: Out of three players of Rajasthan Royal, Ankeet Chavan confesses when he was questioned by Delhi Police Special cell on Friday, “I did wrong”. Ankeet Chavan was one of the accused of spot-fixing in the Indian Premier League. Weather Ankeet chavan made a confession on his role in spot fixing, the lawyer of Sreesanth, Deepak Prakash has said that the Kerala pacer has no knowledge about spot-fixing and is being framed and Sreesanth is innocent. The lawyer further added that all allegations against him are baseless and they will apply for the bail on Saturday. The Delhi police Special cell had registered Criminal case against these three Rajasthan cricketers for alleged “spot fixing” stands a good chance of yielding the first ever conviction in India for a sporting crime.
