New Delhi: The 15 member Indian Cricket team has been announced for Zimbabwe tour. The Indian cricket squad had left for Zimbabwe on Sunday morning. Virat Kohli had been announced as captain for this tour. Indian Cricket team will play five one day International (ODIs) against Zimbabwe over 11 day tour which start from 24 of July.
Meanwhile national selectors had given rest to Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The selectors have also rested frontline seamers – Umesh Yadav, Ishant Sharma and Bhuvneshwar Kumar and spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.
Two new faces had been introduced to Indian team. They are Jammu and Kashmir all-rounder Parvez Rasool and fast bowler Mohit Sharma.
15 players of team India for Zimbabwe tour is Virat Kohli (captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Dinesh Karthik, Cheteshwar Pujara, Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, Ajinkya Rahane, Ravindra Jadeja, Amit Mishra, Parvez Rasool, Mohammed Shami, Vinay Kumar, Jaidev Unadkat and Mohit Sharma.
