New Delhi: Police had booked four MLAs and one MP of BSP who has been alleged for holding public meeting in Kawal village of Muzaffarnagar district. Kawal village is violence hit and prohibitory orders imposed there.
Police said that FIR has been launched against Kadir Rana, BSP MP from Muzaffarnagar, two BSP MLAs Noor Saleem fo Chrathwal and Jameel Ahmed from Meerapur, former minister of UP and Congress leader Saeeduzama and hundreds of their supporters on Sunday for defying orders on 30th of August.
Police also said that another case was also registered against two BJP MLAs Suresh Rana and Bhratendu Singh, former minister Yograj Singh and ex-MP Sohanvir Singh for holding meeting at Nagla Bhadore in the district on August 31.
