New Delhi: Sources claimed that Congress is now planning to make a big decision on Rahul Gandhi in the next meeting which has been hold on 17 January, 2014. It has been expected that party may make the awaited announcement of its PM candidate as Congress Vice President. As all parties set up for Lok Sabha election and BJP had already announced its PM candidate, it seems that Congress also make its decision over making Rahul Gandhi as PM candidate.
Sources claimed that many senior Congress leaders and ministers have faith that if Rahul Gandhi declares as the PM candidate then party can overcome and restore its image.
Notify AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh had earlier claimed that party should ensure that Rahul is the PM candidate for Congress. Union Power Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia had also demanded for the promotion of Rahul Gandhi in party.
