New Delhi: Assembly elections will be held in the national capital on December 4 with over 11.5 million voters is eligible to cast their votes in 70 constituencies. The real battle is triangular among the ruling party of Delhi, Congress; which has been headed by three-time Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, BJP; which is in opposition since 15 years and the fledgling AAP of Arvind Kejriwal is set the poll calculations of the traditional arch rivals awry.
However, for the first time, Delhi voters will get to exercise their right to reject for all candidates contesting the elections by using the ‘None Of The Above’ (NOTA) button on the electronic voting machines (EVMs) and ballot papers.
