New Delhi: A report claimed that the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. Kiran Kumar Reddy had planned to stage a silent dharna in national capital.
According to reports, N Kiran Kumar Reddy is planning to stage on dharna at the memorial of late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, Shakti Sthal. He will protest against the division of Andhra Pradesh state in two parts and formation of new state, Telangana.
Sources also said that Andhra CM would also meet President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi after reaching New Delhi either on Monday night or Tuesday morning.
Reddy’s protest is significant for the Parliament’s Winter Session is set to begin on February 5.
Notify that the leaders of Seemandhra are talking to every party to get their support for oppose of the formation of Telangana. On Sunday, the Seemandhra group mentioned about BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s taking up the Telangana issue at a rally in Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.
