Mumbai: Even as the who’s who of the film fraternity came together at the wedding of veteran Bollywood actors Hema Malini and Dharmendra’s younger daughter Ahana, the bride’s half brothers Sunny and Bobby were conspicuous by their absence at the celebrations.
Ahana got married to Delhi-based businessman Vaibhav Vora in a part-South Indian, part-Punjabi ceremony at a five star hotel here yesterday. The wedding was preceded by an intimate ‘mehndi’ and ‘sangeet’ function.
Bollywood A-listers including superstar Shah Rukh Khan, the Bachchans — Amitabh, Jaya, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek — Rekha, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Jeetendra, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Juhi Chawla with husband Jay Mehta, Sonakshi Sinha with her mother Poonam, Dia Mirza, Sahil Sangha and Asha Bhosale among others were present to bless the newlywed couple.
