Narendra Modi completes one month in PMONew Delhi: To mark the completion of one month as the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi on Tuesday narrated directives for PMO bureaucrats to pay immediate attention to three different sectors and perform action as quickly as possible.

According to Modi, the areas that need immediate attention are the crawling economy of our country, Centre’s relations with the state government to narrate public complaints and grievances and provide Indian armed forces with vital equipments that have been away from them since long.

The hard-working PM has already alerted bureaucrats to ensure reduction in delays, cut red tape and have higher accountability and efficiency. And now after completing one month in the office, he wants all civil servants to solve the problems of the complainers who have approached social media, websites of government departments to register their complaints particularly if their problem relates to flights, train tickets and journeys, telecom, banking, health and pensions.
Modi has also framed a special cell in his office to monitor such complaints and resolve them as swiftly as possible.

To improve morale, a plan to build a national war memorial in the capital near the majestic India Gate has been revived. The PM also wants the urgent implementation of the one-rank-one-pension policy which guarantees that soldiers of the same rank and years of service will receive the same pension irrespective of the year of their retirement.
However, despite all these initiatives that are going to be beneficial for the country and its residents in the long run, Modi government is facing criticism over the recently introduced rail fare hike as people feel that it will burn their pockets.
