New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had assured the aspirants of civil services on Monday that the row over CSAT would be resolve within a week. Notify that major protest had been took place in national capital over the exam of UPSC.
Union Home Minister gave the assurance after meeting Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office Jitendra Singh.
The government has set up a special committee on the issue and the panel will submit its report within a week.
The civil services 2014 prelims, slated to be held on August 24, are likely to be delayed and dates for the exams will now be announced only after the committee submits its report.
The aspirants today protests outside the Union Public Service Commission office and even burned admit cards in Delhi.
