Mumbai: The Mumbai Police has told the court that the case diary has gone missing in Salman Khan hit and run case. This is in addition to 55 of the 63 case related documents which are missing.
The police informed the court about the missing of documents in the last hearing. The court has asked the prosecution to file a report on the next plan of action.
Kisan Shengal, the former investigating officer had also directed by court to be present at the next hearing scheduled on September 12.
Notify that car of Salman Khan had run over a group of people sleeping on a pavement in Bandra, killing one person and injuring four others in an accident, twelve years ago.
