New Delhi: The CEO of Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) Rakesh Kumar had been arrested on Monday for taking bribe on Monday and will be presented before a court on Today.
Notify that Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had carried out a search at the residence of Kumar in Mumbai in connection with the case on last Thursday.
CBFC advisory panel member and an authorized agent for censor certification Shripati Mishra however arrested by the CBI for allegedly demanding a bribe of Rs 70,000 for issuing a certificate to a regional film from Chhattisgarh “Mor Dauki Ke Bihav”.
