New Delhi: Government had changed in India. Newly formed government had promised for good governance with the public of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi led NDA government had worked for good governance in its ruling term till now. But some departments had not changed with the change of government. People had same errors and problems with these departments. Peoples are still suffering with wrongly charged bills by electricity department, water and pipeline supply of LPG.
CEO of Shining India Group, Rtd. Lt. Col. P.S. Rai had raised the issue on drastic level. People face very much inconvenience with the refunding of the charge which had been charged through wrong manner by departments. People had to struggle very much for the refund of money and its adjustment in the forthcoming bills.
It is notable that these department had imposed the late fee on the delayed of submission of bill amount but it didn’t refund the amount with compound interest or with any compensation.
It is the major issue and government had to look after the issue for the satisfaction of customers. Government should ensure that it is working for the convenience of people.
Government should ensure for any criteria that departments must pay the wrongly charged amount with compound interest to the people.
It is the easiest way to rectify the error as department will attentive to avoid the possibilities of wrongly charging.
It is the request of Shining India Group to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh to look after the issue and try to provide “Achhe Din” on ground level.
