New Delhi: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had reportedly decided to closely monitor the strategy for Bihar election after Bharatiya Janata Party had been crushed by Aam Aadmi Party in the Delhi Assembly elections.
Reports on Tuesday claimed that RSS functionary Dattatreya Hosabale met several BJP leaders, including Bhupendra Yadav, Murlidhar Rao, V Satish, Saroj Pandey and Vinay Sahastrabudhi Monday evening to discuss Bihar elections.
It is being learnt that the RSS is also against possible intervention of BJP during Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi’s floor test on February 20.
Notify that JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar had targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi last week for “encouraging” horse-trading in Bihar and political instability in state.
He also alleged that the Centre “pressured” the Governor into giving the incumbent Chief Minister a long time to prove his majority so that MLAs could be “lured”.
Meanwhile BJP had rubbished the allegations of Nitish Kumar and said that BJP can’t do anything with internal crisis of JD(U).
