New Delhi: Delhi will be the witness of crucial Assembly polls on February 7 with all survey polls of National Capital had showed that there is a tight war in between Bharatiya Janata Party and Aam Aadmi Party and AAP is leading by few seats in state.
Voters of Delhi had this time showed its trust on AAP’s CM candidate Arvind Kejriwal more in comparison with BJP’s Kiran Bedi, claimed survey.
Chief Minister of West Bengal and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee and Janata Dal(U) chief Sharad Yadav had urged voter to vote for AAP.
Kejriwal on micro blogging site Twitter, tweeted, “Today, the BJP has the entire administrative apparatus with it. We have God with us.”
BJP’s CM Candidate Kiran Bedi said, “Dhanyawad [Thank you], dhanyawad, dhanyawad. Today’s day is absolutely for dhanyawad.”
Delhi’s 1.3 crore voters will now decide the fate of 673 candidates in the fray for the polls on Saturday.
Thursday saw intense political activity, with the three chief ministerial aspirants — Mr. Kejriwal, Ms. Bedi and Ajay Maken of the Congress — taking out padayatras and roadshows all day.
