Mumbai: Veteran actor Anupam Kher celebrates his birthday today. One of the most versatile actors of current times is turning 60 this very day. Anupam is also one of India’s most prominent theatre personalities. He has performed over 100 plays and featured in nearly 500 Hindi Films, both commercial and non-commercial. Kher was born in Shimla to a Kashmiri Pandit family.
Kher has been in the industry for more than three decades and has given some fantastic performances in films like ‘Saaransh’, ‘Karma’, ‘Daady’, ‘1942: A Love Story’, ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!’, ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ and many more. He will be next seen in films like ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ and ‘Jazbaa’.
