Prime Destination for Tourists Gulmarg New Year Of Snow Draws Crowds To #Gulmarg

#Gulmarg :#Jammu & #Kashmir : Soft snow, virgin slopes and a high altitude chill makes Gulmarg a prime destination for tourists and one of the best ways to celebrate the New Year.

At this time of the year, the world famous ski-resort covered in a thick blanket of snow is looking magical.
And tourists are making the most of it. Among them are Karan and Kanchan from Delhi who have returned to a pollution-free Gulmarg after nine months to celebrate the New Year.

“I am suddenly feeling that I can breathe, I am an asthmatic patient and I am so happy to be able breathe easily,” said Kanchan.

“We plan to spend the evening together with lots of singing, dancing and enjoy the beautiful weather,” said Karan.

Gulmarg is a perfect skiing and skating destination and it has drawn Zaska from as far as Germany.
“We are enjoying. We had a very good time. It is lovely to be here,” said Zaska.

The New Year also marks the beginning of National Skating Champion in Gulmarg.
