In the early hours of Monday, P. Ramkumar, the suspected killer of Infosys engineer S. Swathi, was brought to Chennai amid tight security. Ramkumar, who was admitted to the Tirunelveli Government Medical College Hospital in the wee hours of Saturday after he slit his throat in a suicide bid, was on Sunday evening taken by an ambulance to Chennai.

“Idli, idiyappam and juice is given to Ramkumar in the morning and after some time he will be given solid food. The medical team comprising ENT doctor and surgeon are there. They will check the patient frequently and update,” Sources said.
