Mumbai: Three people are feared dead in a stampede at Elphinstone railway station’s foot-over bridge in Mumbai on Friday.
Over 30 people have been injured in the incident. Medical teams have reached the spot. Those injured have been rushed to KEM hospital.
– All required agencies have been mobilised for the rescue and relief work: BMC’s disaster management unit said
– As per reports, heavy rains led to the stampede
– The stampede took place over rumours that a foot-over bridge at the Elphinstone railway station collapsed
– The incident took place at around 10.30 am on Friday.
