New Delhi: The Supreme Court had rejected entertaining plea of an NGO pon Monday which seeks direction to the Centre to step in to prevent removal of the Sri Sai Baba idol from temples which had been urged by Dwarka Peeth Sankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati.
Justice TS Thakur headed the bench of apex court which said it as a matter of faith and could not be judicially managed.
