New Delhi: Congress has got a new issue to attack on BJP. As Vice President of BJP Delhi Aamir Raza Husain had given his resignation over the “puppy” remark of Gujarat CM Narendra Modi on Wednesday, Congress has got a fresh handle to attack on Opposition party. The Minister of Information and Broadcasting Manish Tewari tweeted on Wednesday morning, “If Aamir Raza Husain could say/do the right thing wonder why all former socialists who joined BJP quiet?” “Where do Shahnawazji & Naqviji stand?”
Tewari was referring to National vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain of BJP.
Husain had on Monday told a news channel that Muslims would prefer senior party leader L K Advani or Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj over Modi as the Prime Ministerial candidate. He had also criticised the “puppy” and “burqa” remarks of Modi. Aamir Raza Husain had given his resignation a day after he made anti- Modi remark on television. Husain had given his resignation on Tuesday.
