Chennai: There is another news come by the irregularity of mid day meal scheme. More than 100 girls were admitted to a local hospital in the Neyvelli district of Tamil Nadu after eating their mid-day meal. Authorities have said the children are not in danger. It is being suspected that that the mid-day meal was contaminated.
A mid-day meal, infected with insecticide, served at a school in Chhapra in Bihar has killed 23 children. Another 25 are still in hospital there; they are likely to be discharged either on Thursday or Friday.
Now it is showing that how much strictness applied in mid day meal scheme of government. It directly indicates the fire of corruption in this scheme and how much person is insensitive for children so that they are even taking risk with health of student and just concentrating on making money for themselves.
