Lucknow: Member of Parliament from Samajwadi Party from Vidisha parliamentary seat Choudhary Munawwar Saleem on Tuesday asked in a function that if not in India then where Ram temples will be built.
Speaking in a function, Saleem said that no one can stop the construction of Ram temples.
He said, “Kaun mai ka lala rok lega, Ram mandir Hindustan main nahi banenge to kahan banenge.”
Notify that Saleem was nominated to the Rajya Sabha by SP in 2012.
SP Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav had recently appointed Saleem as party in-charge in Azamgarh, Hathras and Etah district in Uttar Pradesh.
Meanwhile BJP president of Uttar Pradesh Laxmikant Bajpai had welcomed the statement of SP leader but took a dig to him also.
Bajpai said, “He spoke his mind but I want to ask him whether he has consulted Azam Khan before making the statement.”
