He is scheduled to participate in the Virat Hindu Samajotsava to be held at the National College grounds in Basavanagudi on February 8. The commissioner issued the ban order under section 144 (3) of CrPC noting that Togadia continues to make provocative speeches hurting religious sentiments of other communities.
