New Delhi: On wake of Assembly election of Delhi, the Delhi Metro rail service will start serving for 4 A.M. in the morning by tomorrow.
Delhi Metro Railway Corporation (DMRC) announced that trains will run at an interval of 30 minutes till 5.30 A.M. on all its lines.
The frequency of metro will increase and trains will start running as per the normal schedule after 5.30 A.M.
The Election Commission (EC) has been carrying out an awareness campaign targeting people commuting on the metro with an aim to encourage them to vote in the Assembly polls.
DMRC is also scrolling voter awareness messages on display screens installed in train coaches.
