New Delhi: As the second phase of Bihar polls was underway, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today anticipated a victory for incumbent Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was all set to “badly” lose the elections.
The Aam Aadmi Party chief said Bihar CM Mr Nitish Kumar will get another shot at power. Mr Arvind Kejriwal has openly endorsed the candidature of the Bihar chief minister.
“As per my information, Narendra Modiji is losing Bihar elections badly. Nitishji is winning the polls,” tweeted the Delhi chief minister.
Mr #ArvindKejriwal had extended full support to his Bihar counterpart at a conclave organised by
the Delhi government in the capital in August.
However, he did not campaign for the Janata Dal (United) in the ongoing polls.
Making common cause against Mr #NarendraModi, the duo also attacked him for announcing Rs 1.25 lakh crore package for the election-bound state.
