New Delhi : #LokSabha | Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday focused his speech on the need to avoid disruptions and have a healthy debate in the House, while replying on the motion of thanks to the President’s address in the Lok Sabha.“House is a place where debates are to take place, but if boundaries are maintained during a debate then it is fruitful. This is what Rajiv Gandhi said. We should listen to elders.”
He also took a dig at Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi. “There are some members from small sections in the opposition who are worth listening to, some are entertainers as well.” Gandhi, on Wednesday, had lashed out at PM and his ministers for inaction on many issues.
