Ahmedabad: After the pressure of Congress workers on Aditi restaurant of Mumbai to shut down mocking the government in its bill, now a restaurant of Gujarat has been planning to name dishes after the scams. A receipt of Aditi Restaurant had printed this message: “As per UPA govt eating money (2G, coal, CWG scam) is a necessity and eating food in AC restaurants is a luxury.”Hence the menus may soon have ‘CWG shake’ and ‘2G sandwich’.
This decision has been taken by Gujarat Rajya Hotel Federation (GRHF). Angry over the central government not doing away with service tax, the Southern Gujarat Hotel Association has also supported the GRHF proposal. Over 6,000 eateries are part of GRHF.
