Chandigarh: Yoga guru Ramdev today favours Gujarat CM Narendra Modi and said that Modi has “credibility”. He also expressed his support to Modi as a Prime Ministerial candidate for BJP. Yoga guru said media, “Modi is a secular leader…he developed Gujarat a lot, inclu 
ding areas belonging to minorities.” Yoga guru also said that Modi does not require certificate from Congress whether he is secular or non- secular.
Ramdev said Modi’s “puppy” remark was misinterpreted and advised him to be cautious as his statements were taken in a negative sense.
Ramdev suggested BJP to bring changes in its character. Ramdev said to media, “Modi has credibility while the BJP needs to bring lot of change in its character.” Ramdev said he would support any leader who vowed to bring back black money, end corruption and bring a change in the present system.
Ramdev said that he is behind Modi as Modi is capable to bring back black money, end corruption and bring a change in present system. He said he had met both Modi and Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on these issues and he find Modi more powerful and credible in making these changes.
