Mumbai Police arrested all five accused of Mumbai photojournalist gang-rape

Mumbai: Mumbai police had arrested all the five accused of brutal gang-rape of photojournalist of Mumbai within three days.

A senior police official had told that the fourth accused Kasim Bangali was nabbed from Mumbai at late night of Saturday while the fifth accused named Salim Ansari was arrested from Delhi by Mumbai crime branch on Sunday.

However before that, police had on Saturday arrested two of the accused named Vijay Jadhav and Siraj Rehman while another accused Chand Babu Sattar Shaikh alias Mohammed Abdul had been arrested on Friday.

Vijay Jadhav and Chand Babu Sattar Shaikh were produced before the court on Saturday and remanded in police custody till August 30. 

It is known as the victim of this gang-rape is an intern with an English magazine and was allegedly raped by the five accused at the deserted Shakti Mills compound in Parel area of central Mumbai on Thursday evening when she had gone there with a male colleague on an assignment. 

Whether Mumbai police had arrested the accused very fastly which is a positive sign of their hard work, now people of country are looking forward and hoping for fast track justice in this case.
