Arvind Kejriwal work from home, down with diarrheaNew Delhi: Newly appointed Chief Minister of Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party’s convener Arvind Kejriwal fall sick and expressed his unhappiness over not being able to attend the office on Monday.

Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “Running 102 fever since yesterday. Severe loose motions. Sad that i won’t be able to attend office today.”

He further tweeted, “It was so imp to attend office today. We had planned the water announcement. God, bahut galat time par bimaar kiya.”

Notify that Kejriwal has promised to provide 700 litres of free water to every Delhi household and an executive order to effect that was expected today.

Kejriwal also sought ten days time to formulate a system to address grievances and problems of the people in Delhi.

He said that he needed time of a week or ten days to settle down first and then they would be able to prove their mettle.

He said, “I don’t want to give you false assurances. I will take the application when we put a system in place to resolve the problems.”
