Nokia’s Android phone might come with 4-inch display

Nokia's Android phone might come with 4-inch displayNew Delhi: While Nokia is expected to unveil its Android phone, codenamed Normandy, at its event on February 24, a new report has emerged claiming that the phone was spotted listed on Vietnamese online retailer Thegiodidong.com. The listing page apparently has been removed.

Reportedly, the phone was listed on the e-commerce site as Nokia Normandy with specifications, including a 4-inch (854 x 480) display, Qualcomm’s 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 5-megapixel camera, dual SIM support, and microSD support.

While other reports doing the rounds claim that the the phone will run a stripped-down version of Android OS – quite like Amazon’s Kindle Fire – and will not align with Google’s own version, the new report says quite opposite to what has already been reported about its software platform.

Nokia is expected to unveil a raft of devices, including Nokia Lumia 630, Lumia 635, metal-bodied Lumia 1820 handset, and 8-inch Lumia 2020 tablet at MWC 2014.
